Imitate Shrimp. We came up with different combinations for making our Takoyakis, including vegetarian options.

The brown flakes you see at the top are called Bonito. It's tradition to stare at it before you eat because it moves in the air from how light it is. Some people say the Bonito is alive or it's dancing. So for fun we came up with a Bonito dance to "Thank the food" and performed it with a traditional japanese song Sukiyaki before we ate.
